McDermott Adds to Growing State and Local Tax Practice

Alysse McLoughlin has joined McDermott’s New York office as a partner and Richard Call as counsel, both in the state and local tax group and coming from a major bank and law firm respectively. Jane May, as head of the group, praised Ms. McLoughlin’s “in-depth experience both as a practitioner and head of the state tax department of a prominent financial institution,” and noted that Mr. Call’s experience “will be particularly valuable to our clients as they consider business restructurings and the impact of new state legislation on their current business operations.” Read the full article
