Domestic or International Legal Action is Open to Investors in Italian PV Following Retroactive FiT Cut

Dr. Carsten Steinhauer, Arne Fuchs and Dr. Sabine Konrad were authors of a McDermott white paper that discussed how investors in Italian solar photovoltaic projects can use legal options to challenge or otherwise deal with the government’s introduction of a decree that will retroactively cut feed-in tariff [FiT] subsidies.
