McDermott was mentioned as outside counsel to a Florida health system in reviewing, along with in-house lawyers, the incentive bonuses which were paid to some physicians and were later challenged in court. According to Justice Department lawyers, the Firm’s review found only “a reasonable argument” that the arrangements were legally acceptable.
