Paul Devinsky commented on the bills introduced by Democratic lawmakers this week that would temporarily revive the Federal Communications Commission’s recently overturned net neutrality regulations, saying, “The FCC still has a majority of [Democratic] commissioners. They’re going to feel empowered to perhaps say, ‘OK, maybe these services were improvidently labeled information services. Let’s call them telecommunications services and reimpose those net neutrality restrictions.’”
