Lynn Anne Shapiro has joined McDermott’s Los Angeles office from another global law firm, as a partner handling complex real estate deals, including in the health, energy and hospitality industries. David Goldman said that having a “seasoned real estate lawyer” like Ms. Shapiro, who has practiced in real estate law for nearly two decades, “will be enormously helpful” as the office targets Asian and other international investors who are expanding their West Coast real estate operations.
