CHICAGO (Feb. 21, 2018) — International law firm McDermott Will & Emery will convene top private equity leaders and strategic buyers at its 12th annual Health Care Services Private Equity Symposium on March 5-6th at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The symposium will feature insights from some of the industry’s most active firms and take on critical business and legal issues that investors face in the rapidly changing and quickly consolidating health care space.
Programming over this two-day event will include Monday’s Smart Health Care Investing Academy for private equity (PE) professionals, executives from health care management teams and senior bankers/advisors in the health care space to reinforce industry fundamentals and shed new light on structuring heath care private equity deals. This is followed by the Symposium on Tuesday for senior PE and strategic leaders with panels highlighting topics ranging from how new market entrants are redefining health care, to how to build the most effective management team. Representatives from top PE firms, including Bain Capital, Ares Management and Harvest Partners, will provide perspectives on these timely topics.
