Stephen Kranz is working to form a coalition of companies and industry trade organizations to nationally address state business tax issues raised by the new federal tax law, saying “the complexities that are being caused by federal tax reform at the state level need to be addressed in a consistent, uniform manner across the country.” Mr. Kranz for more than a decadehas represented coalitions of large multistate corporations on state business tax issues.
