Marc Sorini testified before the Vermont legislature in support of a bill to give craft brewers more negotiating power with distributors. Under current state law, “the small brewer is trapped, regardless of what its contract says and regardless of how poorly its brands are faring with the wholesaler,” Mr. Sorini stated.
