US Slams Ingersoll’s Bid for $25M Foreign Tax Credit

Robin Greenhouse and Thomas Giegerich continue as counsel to Ingersoll-Rand Co. in North Carolina federal court litigation accusing the Internal Revenue Service of wrongly disallowing a $25 million credit for Swiss taxes paid by a foreign subsidiary of the company. Ingersoll-Rand moved for summary judgment on the issue in February 2018.
