Massachusetts Issues Draft Guidance on Tax Treatment of Opportunity Zones

Richard Call commented on Massachusetts’ draft technical information release outlining different treatment of Opportunity Zone funds for corporate tax versus personal income tax purposes. He explained this position “does not appear to be based on any policy related to Opportunity Zone treatment.”
