Earlier this year, we hosted our third annual Women’s Summit, which brought together 130+ female leaders from across industries and geographies to discuss issues impacting women.
The event kicked off with a one-on-one interview featuring McDermott partner, Christina Martini (IP-CHI) and renowned chef and restaurateur Stephanie Izard—the first woman winner of Top Chef. Other topics discussed at the Summit, ranging from holistic leadership to navigating the #MeToo era to driving intentional diversity, left attendees feeling empowered and armed with ideas. “I really liked that the Summit was about leadership first and gender second,” remarked one participant.
