Benjamin Lee focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters.
While in law school, Benjamin served as a law clerk at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, Major Crimes Division. He was also a network writer for the Berkeley Business Law Journal and articles editor for the Asian American Law Journal. He also served as Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA) co-Chair.
