Adam S. Fischer concentrates his practice in corporate and real estate matters, including representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. His work includes negotiating purchase and sale agreements and facilitating closings in connection with the acquisition and disposition of real property across a variety of asset classes. Adam also handles the negotiation of retail, office and industrial leases.
During law school, Adam was the articles and comments editor for the Miami Law Review.
