David L. Mathus represents financial institutions, private investors, large private enterprises and their owners. He advises clients on finance, corporate governance and transactional matters, including project finance, direct and private equity investments, securities offerings, joint ventures, structured finance and acquisitions. He is co-head of the New York office’s Transactions Practice Group.
