Lonn W. Myers focuses his practice on tax controversies, tax-exempt bond financing and business tax planning. He has substantial experience in tax controversies concerning asset valuation and capital recovery, debt vs. equity and cross-border financing structures, and in tax aspects of tax-exempt bond financing (including post issuance compliance and bondholder tax issues), leasing and depreciation matters, cross-border financing transactions, as well as the organization, reorganization, acquisition, disposition and liquidation of corporations and pass-through entities. Lonn is also a certified public accountant.
