Suzanne Nguyen, PhD* focuses her practice on patent prosecution and due diligence on behalf of biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device clients. Suzanne also has experience in IP transactional matters and litigation matters such as patent infringement and inter partes review proceedings.
Suzanne’s combined previous firm and in-house experience includes work in gene therapy, biologics, epigenetics, metabolic engineering, medical devices and molecular diagnostics.
Suzanne earned her PhD in molecular biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she studied the role of DNA modifying enzymes in the immune system and in nervous system development. She also holds a BS in molecular biology from the California Institute of Technology.
