    • Foreclosure of nondebtor TIC entities’ interests in properties located in Texas and California*
    • Sophisticated mezzanine and A/B note structures with highly negotiated intercreditor and co-lending arrangements*
    • Receiverships over unique properties under special circumstances in advance of foreclosure, including hotels*
  • Represented investor in creation of a multi-property holding company structure for future acquisition, development, and operation of multi-family micro-units / micro-apartments, involving structuring issues under the  Investment Company Act of 1940 Act and Investment Advisers Act of 1940*
  • Advised on senior and mezzanine loan structures in all aspects of construction financing of real estate projects in the Dallas central business district and other locations throughout the country*
