Erica Noel Wenninger focuses her practice on electronic discovery and data management, primarily in the context of complex civil litigation. She counsels clients on issues relating to discovery, data preservation and collection, early case assessment and comprehensive managed review. She has significant experience using sophisticated data management tools such as technology-assisted review and advanced analytics techniques to achieve a more effective and efficient discovery process. Erica has completed extensive training on the proper utilization of litigation technology and is recognized as a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) by kCura, developers of Relativity.
Erica has extensive experience managing discovery related to internal corporate investigations, Federal Trade Commission (FTC) merger evaluations, Internal Revenue Service corporate audits, pharmaceutical litigation, fraudulent advertising claims, copyright, patent and trade dress infringement, Senate Judiciary Committee requests, Department of Homeland Security subpoenas regarding alleged import irregularities, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations, arbitration hearings and complex corporate financial litigation. She also worked in government affairs for one of the largest regulated energy conglomerates in the United States, where she focused on renewable energy policy.
