McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce the arrival of Jason S. Koenig as a partner in the Transactions Practice Group in the Firm’s New York office. With experience advising top-tier private equity firms in all aspects of their investments, Jason will help clients navigate complex transactions.
Jason focuses his practice on transactional work, with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures involving private equity sponsors. He works with clients on all aspects of their investments and represents clients in both private and public mergers and acquisitions. Jason spent several years as a financial advisor at a multinational investment bank before returning to practicing law, giving him a unique and fulsome perspective from which to advise clients.

Jason received his BA from Dickinson College and his BCL/LLB from McGill University Faculty of Law.
