PALO ALTO, CA - Daniel E. Alberti has joined McDermott Will & Emery's Trial Department as a partner in the Firm's Silicon Valley office. Mr. Alberti's litigation background has focused on intellectual property and complex commercial disputes.
With more than 25 years of trial experience, Mr. Alberti has tried a wide range of cases in all of the San Francisco Bay Area courts. His trial experience includes a three-month long patent infringement case, trademark cases involving infringement and trademark licensing, and multiple high-stakes commercial disputes. He has also been involved in numerous injunction proceedings throughout California.

Mr. Alberti represents clients in the following areas: semiconductor, wine products, venture capital, software, dietary supplements and health care. He has served as a faculty member of the Hastings College of Advocacy, and assists Bay Area high school students in mock trial and litigation related programs.
Mr. Alberti earned his law degree from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific and his undergraduate degree from the University of Santa Clara. He is admitted to practice in California and before all federal district courts in the State of California.
