The BTI Power Rankings identified a small group of law firms which received the highest honors in a survey of corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 and private companies in the four categories that BTI identified as embodying client relationships: exceptional client focus, superior client service, top-notch legal skills and outstanding value.

Interviews were conducted over the phone with general counsel, associate general counsel, deputy general counsel, assistant general counsel, business unit leaders and other select professionals within the companies' legal departments.
