ROME (13 December 2006) — The Rome office of McDermott Will & Emery announces the arrival of three new partners from the Rome and Milan offices of Trivoli & Associati law firm. Mario Martinelli, Andrea Tempestini and Carlo Paolella, all of whom are highly rated tax-consultants, will launch the new Italian Tax Department. The tax consultant additions bring the number of partners in Italy to seven, as they join the corporate team of Filippo Mazza, Carsten Steinhauer and the office head Massimo Trentino. The Firm also has U.S.-based lawyers who are part of the Firm's Italian practice so that clients can have transatlantic advice when needed.
