This year marks the seventh annual Citywide Pride. Citywide Pride is a coalition of Chicagoland companies coming together during Pride Month (June) to celebrate diversity in the workplace. In particular, the consortium strives to educate and empower the LGBT workforce and their allies. A wide array of LGBT-focused educational and celebratory events are held throughout the month.
McDermott Will & Emery's commitment to diversity arises from this clear, simple and indisputable principle: diversity is necessary for us to achieve excellence in all aspects of providing services to our clients.
