(February 26, 2009) — McDermott Will & Emery's Intellectual Property, Media & Technology Department is pleased to announce that the Firm's trademark litigation practice was ranked among the top 10 U.S. general practice firms in Law360's 2009 Litigation Almanac. The Almanac also ranked the Firm's trademark practice among the top three firms with the biggest growth in the number of trademark cases handled. From July 2007 through June 2008, the Firm saw a 62 percent increase in trademark cases.
