Overall, McDermott was listed in 47 national and state practice-area rankings in this year’s guide. Among these, the Firm received 9 Tier 1 and 14 Tier 2 rankings. This year was highlighted by significant upward momentum as compared to the 2008 edition of Chambers USA, including seven practices moving to a higher tier and seven practices ranked for the first time.

Further, Marc E. Sorini (Food & Beverages: Alcohol, National) has been given the designation of “Star” in his area. McDermott’s individual listings also include 30 Tier 1 and 19 new individual rankings.
