CHICAGO (November 15, 2010) — McDermott Will & Emery LLP announced that the Firm represented the underwriters in a public offering by Northern Trust Corporation to sell $500 million of senior unsecured notes due 2020. The notes will bear interest at 3.450 percent per year and will mature on November 4, 2020. The underwriters were led by BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Goldman, Sachs & Co., and J.P. Morgan.
