McDermott has once again been ranked in the top 10 for the second year in a row with 60 total district court cases. Additionally, McDermott’s intellectual property practice was ranked 7th busiest for the defense with 43 cases in 2011 and 4th busiest on the plaintiffs side with 17 cases in 2011.
