PARIS (9 April 2014) — International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce the arrival of a well-known practitioner in its Paris office – a move that will significantly strengthen the Firm’s global Life Sciences practice.
Emmanuelle Trombe, who joins the Firm as partner in the Corporate Advisory Practice Group, focuses her practice on clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device and related healthcare industries. She represents French, European and U.S. life science companies in relation to acquisitions and divestitures, outsourcing projects, product development, cooperation and licensing agreements, regulatory issues and general corporate and commercial law matters.

“I was drawn to the opportunity of joining an ambitious, fast-growing team in Paris that is focused on building a top tier firm. McDermott offers me a venue for expanding my practice assisting companies in the life sciences, in close collaboration with the firm's teams in Europe and in the US,” said Emmanuelle Trombe.
