Louise Aberg focuses her practice on EU and French competition law, including merger control, cartels, abuse of dominance, and private enforcement. She has represented clients before the European Commission, the French Competition Authority and French courts. Louise also regularly advises clients in relation to distribution strategies and compliance programs.
Louise was seconded to the Washington, DC, office of McDermott for a period of nine months between 2014 and 2015.
Previously, Louise was an intern at the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission in the cartels department. She also interned in the competition department of a prestigious international law firm in Brussels.
Louise has co-authored the chapters on France in books on leniency regimes and private antitrust litigation.
