Mark Davis is a corporate M&A lawyer who advises clients on a range of transactions with a particular focus on cross-border leveraged buyouts and exits. He has broad experience in private equity and other M&A transactions and has represented many buyout funds in Europe and the United States in connection with complex cross-border deals.
Mark is a trusted advisor to global corporate groups in a variety of sectors, regularly advising on setting up in new jurisdictions, financings, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals, as well as providing corporate governance advice to boards of directors. In recent years he has advised global corporations in respect of their operations and transactions in Europe, the USA, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Turkey, Iran, Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia, China and India.
Mark is the Partner in Charge of the Firm’s transaction practice in London and Co-chair of the firm’s global Private Equity Group.
Mark is dual-qualified being admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, and Ireland.
