Melissa Nott Davis focuses her practice on intellectual property and commercial litigation in a wide range of industries, including pharma/biotech, internet, hardware, software, semiconductors, consumer electronics and medical devices. She has represented clients in federal and state courts, before the International Trade Commission and in arbitration forums in patent, trade secret and commercial matters.
Melissa also chairs the Boston Pro Bono and Community Service Committee. Melissa's pro bono work has resulted in a number of awards both for her leadership in Boston and her personal contributions, including the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Washington, DC, Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights, Medical Legal Partnership | Boston and Children's Law Center of Massachusetts.
Melissa also has authored numerous articles focused on current topics in intellectual property and focused on commercial issues.
