Austin Ericson advises clients on corporate matters and transactional due diligence.
Austin drafts and reviews merger and acquisition agreements, corporate bylaws, corporate resolutions and employment agreements. He counsels clients in negotiations and has drafted settlement offers and represented clients in quasi-judicial proceedings. Among other issues, Austin’s research includes matters surrounding freestanding emergency centers, national foreclosure laws, and unpaid franchise tax liabilities.
Previously, Austin worked in-house at a private real estate investment fund.
While in law school, Austin served as managing editor for the Florida Law Review and Director of Communications of The Association of Law and Business.
