Greer Griffith’s practice is focused on complex commercial litigation and white-collar defense. She represents a variety of clients, including financial institutions, governments, pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers, insurance companies and individuals.
Prior to joining McDermott, Greer clerked for the Honorable Norma Levy Shapiro in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and was a legal extern at the US Department of State.
Greer also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing pro bono clients in family law matters and assisting a domestic violence victim prepare a VAWA self-petition application.
While in law school, Greer served as co-chair of the Penn Law Women’s Association, on the board of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law, and as a member of the Penn Law National Trial Competition team.
