D. Jeremy Harrison advises clients on intellectual property matters, including patent and trademark law.
Jeremy is experience in preparing and prosecuting foreign and domestic patent applications in the mechanical, electrical, computer and chemical fields. He has extensive experience working with downhole tools used in the oil and gas industry, as well as with turbomachinery, pumps, compressors, separators, bearings and seals. He also has extensive experience with foreign and domestic trademark prosecution and procurement.
Jeremy served as a full-time judicial intern for the Honorable Lynn N. Hughes in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas. While in law school, he was a senior articles editor for the Pierce Law Review and was a national semi-finalist in the Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Competition. Jeremy earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in Spanish.
