Myrtille has developed a specific focus in the collective aspects of labor law. She has gained in-depth understanding of advising corporate groups in the area of restructuring plans, and regularly counsels clients throughout the entire restructuring process. This includes preparing the preliminary stages of restructuring plans and assisting in defining their strategy, preparing the documents to submit to the works council, and participating in the consultation process required to implement the companies’ restructuring projects.
Myrtille also regularly advises clients on data protection issues.
Myrtille is a member of AVOSIAL, the only syndicate in France grouping together nearly 400 corporate employment law professionals.
