John C. Low is a patent litigator with in-depth knowledge of claims construction, fact and expert discovery, motion practice, trial preparation and appeals. With advanced formal training and hands-on experience in the fields of molecular biology, biochemistry and biophysics, John has successfully litigated in matters concerning molecular diagnostics, genetically modified crops, pharmaceuticals, antisense technologies, biologics, digital multimedia, and cellular and wireless networking technologies. John dedicates a portion of his practice to patent validity and enforceability counseling, and patent licensing matters.
John holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in the field of biochemistry and has published peer-reviewed articles in the journals Biochemistry and Photochemistry and Photobiology.
While in law school, John interned for the Honorable Lynn N. Hughes of the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
