Danny M. Mansour focuses his practice on intellectual property matters. He has experience in domestic and foreign patent preparation and prosecution, due diligence investigations, patent portfolio management, and the development and implementation of intellectual property asset strategies.
Danny’s technical experience involves a range of technologies, including medical devices and related procedures for treating glaucoma, patient ventilation and airway management, infusion management, medication delivery, intravenous therapy, medication and supply management, cancer therapies, and occlusion of targeted veins and arteries. His experience also includes aerospace components, additive manufacturing devices and systems, and machine control systems.
Prior to law school, Danny provided design and analytical services for a leading designer and manufacturer of military and commercial aerospace systems. While earning his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, he received the Honors Convocation Excellence and Achievement Award, in addition to honors from the College of Engineering and Computer Science.
