Ulrika E. Mattsson focuses her practice on trademark and copyright prosecution, intellectual property litigation and counseling. She provides trademark counseling for clients in a wide variety of industries and she works with domestic and international companies to register, maintain and protect trademarks, service marks, domain names and trade names.
Ulrika has been involved in Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings (oppositions, cancellations, ex parte appeals), litigation and litigation support for cases concerning trademarks and copyrights, and matters in connection with the protection, registration and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights. She also provides support on various intellectual property issues related to corporate transactions and has drafted and negotiated intellectual property provisions in complex commercial transactions, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, and license arrangements for public and privately held companies in various industries.
While in law school, Ulrika was an intellectual property paralegal at McDermott, where she assisted in trademark and copyright prosecution matters.
