Ali Mireshghi, PhD, is a patent agent* who focuses his practice on patent preparation and prosecution in a variety of areas, including electronics, communications, software, imaging, medical devices, semiconductor, sensors, power systems and business methods. He has more than 25 years of technical, academic, research and industry experience.
Ali has served as a professor of electrical and biomedical engineering at a prominent overseas university, as a visiting associate professor at the University of California at Berkeley and as a staff scientist at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where he conducted research in the area of amorphous silicon radiation detectors. He is the author of numerous scientific journal publications.
Ali earned his master's and doctoral degrees in engineering physics with a minor in electronics, and his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
