Lindsey Reighard represents private and public companies in connection with US and international mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, restructurings, joint ventures and other corporate transactions. She also has experience representing private equity funds in the acquisition, disposition and equity structuring of portfolio companies. Lindsey advises private and public companies on general corporate matters, including with respect to corporate governance, corporate compliance, fiduciary duties and commercial contracts.
Lindsey routinely works with private and public companies in a broad range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, retail, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, and manufacturing.
Lindsey serves on the Firm’s Pro Bono and Community Service Committee and provides pro bono legal services through local nonprofit organizations, including representing immigrants who have suffered human rights abuses. She also serves on the board of directors of The Turning Point, a local nonprofit organization, and is the vice chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee of the State Bar of Texas, Business Law Section.
