Peter John Sacripanti is a partner of the international law firm of McDermott Will & Emery and serves as chair of the firm’s executive committee. He is one of the two senior partners responsible for the management of the firm.
Mr. Sacripanti concentrates on strategic business advice and disputes. He has advised boards of directors and corporations on various matters including whistle blower accusations, bankruptcy trust and commercial disputes, investigations and mass tort allegations. Ranked among the country’s top lawyers by Chambers USA, Mr. Sacripanti began his career as a federal prosecutor with the United States Department of Justice. He is known for his creative and practical business oriented advice. He also has a reputation of being an aggressive litigator.
