Erica has extensive experience managing discovery related to internal corporate investigations, Federal Trade Commission (FTC) merger evaluations, Internal Revenue Service corporate audits, pharmaceutical litigation, fraudulent advertising claims, copyright, patent and trade dress infringement, Senate Judiciary Committee requests, Department of Homeland Security subpoenas regarding alleged import irregularities, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations, arbitration hearings and complex corporate financial litigation. She also worked in government affairs for one of the largest regulated energy conglomerates in the United States, where she focused on renewable energy policy.
