Chiyat Ben Yau* has more than five years of experience as a USPTO registered patent agent. He is highly skilled patent prosecutor in semiconductor devices (transistors such as CMOS, etc., in chips, memory, and mobile device circuit) and processing (e.g. all aspects of semiconductor chip manufacturing instruments including photolithography apparatus such as optics optimization, mask, hotspots, resist stochastics, etc. method and software). He also has experience in projection system with hardware and software; pixel defect detection system and ranking using measured and simulated data; nanoscale topography measurement based on modelling combined with measurement; liquid crystal or organic light emitting display devices, biomedical devices, rechargeable battery, electric vehicles, nanotechnology, mechanical devices, computer hardware and software, photolithography apparatus and telecommunications.
Chiyat is skilled in patent litigation support, product evaluation, and marketing of photonic devices, electrical devices, sensors, biomedical devices and nanotechnological devices. He is the inventor of three US patent applications.
