Mark L. Yeager has a broad litigation and trade regulation practice. He has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial litigation matters and represents multinational and domestic entities. Mark has represented clients in cases in most states and many federal courts and courts of appeals, and he has appeared before numerous administrative agencies. He also has conducted alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
In the trade regulation arena, Mark’s practice primarily focuses on dealer/distributor relations. In addition to litigating disputes in this area, Mark counsels clients in regulated and non-regulated industries with respect to the strategic planning of their distribution systems and the overlay of federal and state statutes and regulations on the distribution process.
Mark has represented clients in distribution matters in a wide variety of industries. These include food products, alcohol and other beverage producers, food brokers and supermarket chains, automobile dealers and manufacturers, auto parts and accessories suppliers, and manufacturers of consumer products, construction and industrial equipment and supplies, office products, paper and packaging materials, and pharmaceuticals.
