Jeffrey A. Zuidema has significant litigation experience in a variety of industries including real estate, finance, and energy. Jeffrey has experience throughout all aspects of litigation and arbitration from initial case assessment through appeals.
Previously, Jeffrey worked at an international law firm, where he represented real estate investment funds and secured lenders on matters involving breach of contract, foreclosures, guaranties, receiverships, mechanic's liens and contractor license disputes throughout California. Jeffrey has also represented both large and small energy producers in various actions, including litigation involving feed-in-tariff programs, regulatory issues, and breaches of contract.
While in law school, Jeffrey received several academic honors, including the American Jurisprudence in Constitutional Law and Copyright. He also interned at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command in San Diego in matters involving government procurement contracts and bid protests.
Before college, Jeffrey served as a noncommissioned officer in the US Army's elite 1st Battalion 75th Airborne Ranger Regiment in Savannah, Georgia. While in the Rangers, he served as an infantryman, before taking charge of the company's nuclear and chemical warfare components, receiving numerous awards for meritorious service and leadership.
