Diann Smith will be speaking at the National Association of State Bar Tax Sections (NASBTS) Annual Conference on September 29–30, 2023. Diann will present an “Unclaimed Property Update”, which will discuss topics such as the Delaware v. Pennsylvania case and oil and gas royalty issues.
