Shon Lo focuses her practice on patent and trademark litigation, particularly matters under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Shon’s trial experience includes patent, trademark and copyright infringement actions.
In addition to litigation, Shon handles patent and trademark opinion work, counseling and prosecution for clients in industries such as medical devices, biotech, high-tech, entertainment, food products, consumer products and household fixtures. She also provides pro bono legal services in the field of immigration law and has assisted authors, artists and nonprofit companies in obtaining and protecting their intellectual property rights.
While working on her master’s degree in neurobiology, Shon co-authored several scientific articles, including a treatise published in Science magazine.
