He has experience before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), the US International Trade Commission (ITC), the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and federal district courts in California, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Texas and Wisconsin. He is experienced in every stage of patent litigation, including fact and expert discovery, claim construction, bench and jury trials, and appeal.
