Hillary A. Webber focuses her practice on antitrust litigation, civil and criminal government investigations, and mergers and acquisitions. She represents clients in a variety of industries including health care, aerospace and defense, agriculture, technology, and pharmaceuticals.
Hillary represents companies at the district and appellate levels against federal and state antitrust, unfair competition, and intellectual property claims. She has particular experience representing clients in multi-district class action lawsuits pertaining to price-fixing and monopolization claims. Hillary has successfully navigated defense, managed care, and life sciences clients through the merger review process and antitrust agency investigations. She also counsels health care clients on potential transactions and other forms of collaboration.
Hillary represents pro bono clients in obtaining special education services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. She is a member of the Firm’s Pro Bono Committee and the Children’s Law Center Advisory Board.
While in law school, Hillary was a judicial intern for the Honorable Gerald Bruce Lee of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and served as an articles editor for the American University Law Review.
