Panelists from government, international development finance and the private sector will discuss the implications of the new equity authority granted to the forthcoming US International Development Finance Corporation under the Better Utilization of Investments Leading to Development (BUILD) Act. The panel will be moderated by Carl Fleming who leads McDermott’s impact investing and social enterprise practice. Prior to joining McDermott, Carl advised the White House, State Department and Millennium Challenge Corporation on over $12 billion in impact investments across over 40 countries.
